I just worked with Nick for probably close to 2 hours! He is just wonderful, patient and very nice. He understood quite readily what I was talking about and I would recommand canhost to anybody for your outstanding customer service.

Thanks for the VERY prompt response. I changed my credit card billing address at around the same time I registered the domain, which caused some hiccoughs. Sorry about that.
I've chosen a host, but I haven't set up anything yet because I was waiting on the domains to be properly registered. I'm sure they'll provide the information I need to get the domains pointed to their servers. In the meantime, the issue I had is resolved, so I'll close the ticket.

I have run a webhosting business for the last 1.5 years offering shared hosting to my clients. To this point i was using a reseller hosting
plan with another webhosting company and was at the point where i needed to make the next step. I first off knew that i needed a Canadian
located server with a canadian ip address as my target audience is Canadians. I found Canhost on google searching for canadian data centers.
Not having any experience with vps or dedicated servers i had lots of questions. Canhost had a livechat button i used regularly for all my
pre-sales questions. I talked to Nick and Clayton the majority of the time and they were always able to give me clear answers. After days
of contemplating what i wanted to do i finally dove in and signed up for the VPS hosting plan. Being completely new to VPS servers i had
no idea what i was doing. Each and every time i had questions i used the livechat during the day and they were able to help me each and every time.
I expect a data center to help as much as possible and these guys have really showed me they are there whenever i needed. During the evening they
are not usually on the livechat but i just emailed a support ticket and always get a reply within a very short period. Hell i even got a call at
about 12 at night from them trying to help me out. I have been very happy with the service/product and will continue to use them far into the future!
